Return & Exchange Policy

Quality control

We follow a rigorous quality assurance procedure thoroughly checking each item before it is sent out. We guarantee that our handcrafted artisan teas will leave our facility in peak condition.

Sustainable packaging

We work hard to ensure that your order, when received, arrives in perfect condition. There are times, however, when damage may occur in shipping.

At Hachichit Albé, we developed a sustainable packaging policy to minimize the environmental impact. The product is as eco-friendly as possible and we take pride in reducing unnecessary waste. That is why we do not use bubble wrap. Therefore, the packaging may be affected on the outside during shipment, but this does not affect the quality and product on the inside.

Return for consumable items

Our return policy is effective for 7 days after receipt. If 8 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Our consumable goods are not eligible for return or refund. Please do not send your purchase back to us.

Check your items once you receive the order. Should you receive a faulty, damaged or a wrong item, please send us an email within 7 days after order receipt, mentioning with your order number and reason for return (including proof of defect) to info@hachichitalbe.com.

We will only send a replacement product, in case of:

  • Damaged or defective product.
  • Wrong product sent.

We will be responsible for the handling, shipping costs, taxes and duties for the exchange item(s).

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Once we approve the replacement, we will prepare and ship your product(s) as soon as possible. The details with the order status and tracking information will be communicated by email.

Hachichit Albé has the right to deny any replacement if it does not meet the return & exchange policy requirements.

Hachichit Albé will not be responsible for any returned goods lost or damaged in transit; we would advise you to return items using a trusted courier or registered post with a secure and trackable method, keeping your proof of postage.
